Delivery
Free shipping on every order, no minimum. Every order ships with tracking. Estimates by destination are in our shipping policy. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show its first scan — that's normal.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, unworn and in original packaging. If it arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. Details in our returns policy.

Check fastenings and seams before each wear, and stop using any item that shows damage. If you spot a defect, stop using it and contact us straight away.

How to measure. Lay your baby flat and measure from the top of the head to the heel. Use height and weight together — age alone is the least reliable of the three.
